Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and manage ambulance drivers and emergency medical staff.
- Ensure operational readiness of emergency vehicles including maintenance, availability, and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with government departments and local authorities for smooth execution of services.
- Monitor field activities, respond to emergencies as needed, and ensure service quality.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to field performance, vehicle utilization, and incidents.
- Ensure adherence to protocols and company standards at all times.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region.

Preferred candidate profile

- Educational Qualification:
- B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering OR
- Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- Experience: Relevant field/operations/supervisory experience preferred.




- Location Flexibility: Must be open to relocation anywhere in Rajasthan.

- Skills Required
- Team leadership and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical understanding of vehicles

- Report writing and documentation
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
