Job Summary

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in developing firmware for sensor-based embedded systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining embedded software for industrial sensing, monitoring, automation, and smart device applications. Experience in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) products or sensor-based instrumentation will be highly appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop embedded firmware in Embedded C/C++ for microcontroller-based products.
- Develop software for sensor interfacing, signal acquisition, filtering, calibration, and data processing.
- Work with various sensors such as:
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Proximity
- Ultrasonic
- Current/Voltage
- Vibration
- Optical/IR sensors
- Develop and maintain device drivers and application software.
- Implement communication protocols including:
- UART
- SPI
- I²C
- CAN
- Modbus
- RS485
- USB (Preferred)
- Perform board bring-up, hardware-software integration, and system validation.
- Optimize firmware for performance, memory utilization, and power consumption.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
- Prepare design documents, test reports, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with hardware, testing, and product engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Robust programming skills in Embedded C/C++.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M, STM32, NXP, TI, Renesas, PIC, or similar MCUs.




- Experience in sensor interfacing and data acquisition systems.
- Understanding of ADC, DAC, timers, interrupts, and communication peripherals.
- Knowledge of RTOS (FreeRTOS/ThreadX/Zephyr) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git/SVN version control systems.
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or sensor-based products.
- Knowledge of signal conditioning and digital signal processing concepts.
- Experience with wireless technologies such as BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, or LoRa.
- Exposure to IoT and cloud-connected devices.
- Understanding of calibration algorithms and sensor characterization.
- Experience in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) equipment, ultrasonic testing, electromagnetic sensing, eddy current testing, or related industrial inspection technologies will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with IEC/industrial product development standards.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, or related discipline.

Note: Candidates with experience in sensor-based embedded products, industrial instrumentation, condition monitoring systems, or NDT equipment will be given preference. Pay: ₹371,795.74 - ₹1,597,856.55 per year
