We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to handle electrical maintenance, utilities, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities at our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Department: Engineering / Maintenance

Experience: 2–5 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor HT/LT systems, PCC/MCC panels, transformers, DG sets, ACB, SF6 breakers, SFU and APFC panels.
- Conduct daily electrical equipment checks and maintain equipment running-hour records.
- Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of motors, electrical panels and plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC, relays, proximity sensors, limit switches, DOL and star-delta starters.
- Handle maintenance of VFDs, DCS panels, reactors, FBD, RCVD, CF and other process equipment.
- Maintain electrical systems for chillers, compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, hot-water and brine systems.




- Support electrical installation, commissioning and modification activities.
- Ensure PPM schedules are completed and maintenance records are properly maintained.
- Maintain GMP/Non-GMP documentation and engineering records as per plant requirements.
- Support operation and maintenance of RO-EDI and other utility systems.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, GMP, EHS and plant maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with production, QA and other departments for smooth plant operations.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in pharma, chemical or manufacturing plants.
- Hands-on experience with HT/LT systems, PLC, VFD, DCS, DG, transformers and industrial utilities.
- Good troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of GMP documentation and industrial safety will be an advantage.
