Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The E-commerce Product Listing & AI Operations Executive will be responsible for creating and managing product listings across online platforms, including writing clear, accurate product titles and descriptions, selecting images, organizing attributes, and ensuring consistent catalog quality.

The role includes coordinating inventory and pricing updates, maintaining category structures, and optimizing listings for search, conversions, and customer experience. The executive will work with AI tools to streamline product data entry, content generation, image handling, and operational workflows, including testing prompts, reviewing outputs,



and ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. Day-to-day tasks involve close collaboration with merchandising, operations, and customer service teams to keep listings up-to-date, resolve catalog issues, support campaigns, and provide data-driven inputs on product performance.

The role also includes basic analytics and reporting on product visibility, click-throughs, and sales to support continuous improvement.
