About the Role

Norlha Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly motivated E-Commerce Executive / Manager to manage and grow our online business across major e-commerce platforms.

We are specifically looking for someone who has strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces and can independently manage the complete product listing and marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and other major e-commerce platforms.
- Upload and manage products from start to finish.
- Create complete and professional product listings including:
- Product titles
- Product descriptions
- Bullet points / key features
- Search keywords
- Backend keywords
- Product specifications
- Product categories
- Product attributes
- Size, colour and other variations
- Pricing and MRP
- SKU and inventory information
- Optimize listings for Amazon SEO and marketplace search rankings.
- Upload and manage product images according to marketplace guidelines.
- Handle Amazon listing issues, suppressed listings, catalog errors and other marketplace problems.
- Manage product variations and size-wise inventory.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory and pricing across all marketplaces.
- Manage promotions, offers and discounts.
- Handle Amazon PPC / advertising campaigns and work towards improving sales and ROAS.
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising costs and overall marketplace performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce reports.
- Analyze competitors, pricing, keywords and product performance.
- Identify best-selling and slow-moving products and provide recommendations.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product images, packaging, inventory and dispatch.




- Ensure all products are properly listed, active and available for sale.
- Explore and onboard additional marketplaces such as Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Tata CLiQ and other relevant platforms.
- Manage and continuously improve the company's online presence and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is essential.
- Good working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub and other marketplaces.
- Experience in creating and optimizing product listings.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keywords and product ranking.
- Knowledge of Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written English.
- Ability to independently manage marketplace operations.
- Experience with footwear, fashion, lifestyle or consumer products will be an advantage.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Can Take Ownership This is not just a product-uploading job.

We want a person who can take complete responsibility for our e-commerce business—from uploading a new product and creating all its content to managing inventory, solving marketplace problems, running advertisements, analyzing sales and continuously improving online revenue.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently and should be able to identify problems and provide solutions rather than waiting for instructions.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience managing Amazon accounts with multiple SKUs/products will be preferred.

Experience with footwear or fashion e-commerce will be an additional advantage.
