Role & responsibilities

- Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other marketplaces.

- Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stock-outs.

- Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and replacements.

- Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to improve visibility and sales.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.

- Analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion data to improve performance.

- Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

- Maintain marketplace compliance, account health, and performance metrics.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

- Work with the marketing team on banners, ads, and product launch activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 03 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations.

- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho,



or similar platforms.

- Good knowledge of product listing, catalog management, pricing, and inventory management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and basic reporting).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in product and order management.

- Immediate joiners or candidates willing to work from the office are preferred.
