We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce & Catalogue Executive to manage product catalogues for Durati and Nayo across Shopify, Myntra and other relevant e-commerce platforms. The role combines catalogue operations, product imagery, basic SEO, marketplace management and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

· Create and maintain products on Shopify, including titles, descriptions, variants, SKUs, pricing, collections and product attributes.

· Maintain the master product catalogue in Excel/Google Sheets and ensure consistent product information across platforms.

· Prepare, resize, crop, clean and optimise product images for website and marketplace requirements.

· Coordinate or create AI-generated lifestyle/model images where required, while maintaining brand visual standards.

· Create and maintain SEO titles, meta descriptions, image ALT text and product categories using established brand guidelines.

· Upload and update products on Myntra and other relevant marketplaces.

· Monitor listing status and resolve catalogue errors, rejected listings and missing information.

· Conduct regular quality checks for product images, pricing, variants, descriptions, inventory and listing completeness.

· Handle bulk catalogue uploads and updates wherever practical.





· Coordinate with the social media/content resource to provide accurate product information and approved imagery.

· Maintain organised product files, naming conventions and version control for digital assets.

Required Skills

· Hands-on Shopify experience.

· Robust Excel / Google Sheets skills.

· Experience in e-commerce catalogue or marketplace management.

· Basic SEO understanding.

· Good written English and strong attention to detail.

· Canva or equivalent image-editing experience.

· Ability to work with large product datasets accurately and systematically.

Good to Have

· Myntra seller/marketplace experience.

· Photoshop or equivalent.

· Experience with AI image-generation tools.

· ChatGPT or similar AI tools.

· Shopify bulk CSV/product import experience.

· Basic understanding of Google Search Console.

· Prior experience with fashion or jewellery catalogues.

Performance KPIs

· Catalogue accuracy: target >98%.

· SEO fields completed for 100% of assigned products.

· Product/image/variant errors: target <2%.

· Assigned product uploads completed within agreed timelines.

· Marketplace listing issues identified and corrected promptly.

· Weekly catalogue quality-control audit completed.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
