Role: SSE to Sr. Technical Lead

We are looking for a robust hands-on technical leader with expertise in .NET Core, Microservices, SQL Server, EF Core, and AWS, who can drive architecture, delivery quality, and adoption of Agentic AI / AI-assisted engineering across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical design and hands-on development of complex distributed microservices using .NET Core.
- Own architecture decisions considering scalability, performance, security, and cost on AWS.
- Drive adoption of Agentic AI and AI-augmented engineering practices.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple squads/modules.
- Guide data engineering/integration flows using AWS Glue, EMR, DMS, RDS, and DynamoDB.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex, cross-system challenges.
- Mentor Technical Leads and Senior Engineers and participate in technical assessments.




- Work with Wealth Management / Financial Services clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Champion code quality, CI/CD, observability, and secure-by-design practices.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with the latest .NET Core.
- Proven experience designing and building Microservices end-to-end.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including query writing, performance tuning, and schema design.
- Production-grade experience with Entity Framework / EF Core.
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 AWS services from:

- AWS Lambda

- AWS CMI

- AWS IAM

- AWS Glue

- AWS EMR

- AWS DMS

- AWS RDS

- AWS DynamoDB

- AWS CloudFront
- Working knowledge or strong interest in Agentic AI / AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ambiguous, complex technical challenges independently.

Good to Have:

- Wealth Management / Asset Management / Banking / Financial Services experience.
- CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code exposure.
