We are hiring District Coordinators to lead and manage the implementation of Bellowells Comprehensive School Health Program across assigned districts in Himachal Pradesh. The selected candidates will play a key role in coordinating between field teams, school authorities, and the central team to ensure smooth operations and effective program delivery in government schools.

Roles Responsibilities +

- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the school health program across multiple schools within the district
- Supervise and support field teams including doctors, psychologists, and wellness staff
- Liaise with school authorities, local administration, and internal teams for effective execution
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and quality checks of all field activities
- Handle logistics, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure adherence to program timelines
- Conduct regular school visits and team check-ins for monitoring and support
- Share weekly and monthly progress reports with the core team

Qualifications +
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Public Health,



Social Work, Education, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in program coordination or field operations is preferred
- Solid communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage teams and coordinate across stakeholders
- Comfortable with travel within the assigned district for monitoring and coordination
