Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations and order fulfillment at our Narela facility. The ideal candidate will have strong Google Sheets and Excel expertise, along with 1-2 years of work experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily dispatch and order fulfillment operations
- Create and manage dispatch schedules using Google Sheets and Excel
- Track shipment status and coordinate with logistics partners
- Maintain accurate records and generate performance reports
- Optimize delivery routes and minimize operational costs
- Monitor on-time delivery rates and resolve shipping issues
- Lead dispatch team and ensure quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Google Sheets & Excel: Advanced proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Knowledge of courier services and delivery operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business (preferred)
