We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dishwasher to join our team at Bulls and Bears Bistro. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
- Operate and maintain dish washing machines efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to prepare and cook dishes according to customer requirements.
- Ensure all food items are stored properly and handled safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dishwasher or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
- Robust knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
