Who Are We?

Mesha is a Genetics and Breeding Technology company for goats. We are not just breeding goats; we are building the world's largest mutton company by industrialising goats' genetics and breeding. The industrialisation required us to develop large-scale industrial goat parks, and our first park will be in Hindupur with an investment of above 750 crores.

Our ambition is to become the world's largest mutton company, a category we are not joining; we are creating it. By deploying cutting-edge genetic science through these purpose-built, highly controlled environments, we are engineered to produce consistent, premium mutton at a scale that has never existed in the global market. Behind this vision stands an unconventional founding trio: a Computer Science PhD, a dropout, and a self-made billionaire.

Before building these industrial goat parks, we operated as one of the largest live goat traders in India, gaining an inside-out knowledge of the industry that became the very foundation for Mesha. Today, backed by some of India's most prominent business figures, we operate the largest such parks in the country, successfully transforming a traditional sector into a highly sophisticated, industrialized powerhouse.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for Directors who can take full ownership of a function or vertical and run it like it's their own. We don't care which stream your degree is from, commerce, engineering, arts, agriculture, science, anything. What we care about is whether you are sharp, trainable,



and genuinely hungry to build something from scratch.

The ideal candidate is flexible about what they work on, comfortable being trained into a domain they may not have prior experience in, and fluent enough in both English and Hindi to communicate clearly across teams, vendors, and field staff. This is not a role for someone looking for a defined, narrow , it is for someone who wants to grow fast by taking on real ownership. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, willing to get into the details of a new domain, and driven by outcomes rather than instructions.

Prior industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement, attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to lead people matter far more.

What Will You Get To Do?

You will take end-to-end ownership of an assigned function or vertical within the goat park operations, building processes, systems, and teams from scratch where none exist today. You will be expected to learn the domain deeply through training, on-ground exposure, and direct problem-solving, even without prior background in it, while leading and managing a team, setting goals, reviewing performance, and driving accountability.



You will coordinate closely with other functional Directors and leadership to ensure smooth cross-functional execution, communicating clearly with staff, vendors, and stakeholders in both English and Hindi.

You will be expected to identify inefficiencies and proactively fix them rather than waiting to be told, maintain accurate records, report progress regularly to leadership, and travel as needed across sites to stay hands-on with operations.

What This Role Is Not?

This is not a role for someone looking for a fixed, narrow or a comfortable, low-ownership position. You will not be handed a playbook , you will often be expected to build one. This is not a role where you wait for instructions; it is a role where you take charge, make decisions, and are accountable for outcomes. If you need constant direction or are not willing to be trained into something new, this role is not for you.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed based on the candidate's fit and the vertical assigned, but the inhand salary range per month is 50,000-75,000
