Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Server Administration skills, including configuring, monitoring, and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
Candidates should possess System Administration skills, including user management, permissions, backups, and system configuration.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve system and network issues efficiently.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Operating Systems, such as Windows Server and common Linux distributions, including installation, hardening, and maintenance.
Relevant experience with virtualization platforms, networking fundamentals, and security best practices is beneficial.
Robust documentation habits, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in office with cross-functional teams are expected.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Industry certifications (such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft, or Linux-related certifications) are a plus.
