We're Hiring: Digital Marketer

Who we are

QuickGlobal is a purpose-built logistics platform, It handles everything from booking creation and KYC verification, to dispatch manifesting, airline handover, and real-time parcel tracking all under one roof, accessible by multiple stakeholders with role-based access.

Now we want someone to build the marketing side properly.

We're looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketer who knows how to grow a brand, generate leads, and turn marketing spend into real business results.

This role is not just about posting on social media. We're looking for someone who understands content, paid advertising, audience behavior, and how to convert attention into clients and revenue.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing and growing our social media presence across relevant platforms
- Creating and executing content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness
- Understanding the Meta algorithm and creating content with strong viral potential
- Editing engaging short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Identifying the right target audiences based on demographics, interests, behavior, and customer profiles
- Using geographic targeting to reach the right customers in the right locations




- Improving ad performance and conversions through testing, optimization, and audience insights
- Developing strategies to generate more leads, bring in more clients, and increase revenue
- Tracking campaign performance and using data to improve results

What we're looking for:

- Excellent social media management skills
- Strong understanding of the Meta algorithm, social media trends, and what drives reach and engagement
- Solid video editing skills, especially for short-form content
- Experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Robust understanding of audience targeting, customer behavior, and geographic targeting
- Experience improving conversions and ROI from paid advertising
- The ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- A commercial mindset with ideas for attracting more clients and increasing revenue
- Someone proactive, creative, and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns and results
