Marketing Strategy & Operations Executive

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Strategy & Operations Executive with hands-on experience in digital marketing to support marketing planning, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse marketing and campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports and dashboards.
- Manage marketing trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor key marketing metrics such as Leads, CPL, CPC, CTR, Reach, Impressions, and Conversion Rate.
- Develop creative marketing ideas, campaign concepts, and growth strategies.
- Conduct competitor, market, and industry research.
- Support marketing planning and strategy discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, designers, video editors, and regional teams.
- Maintain marketing documentation, campaign assets, invoices, and reports.
- Assist in CRM reporting, lead management, and data validation.
- Monitor Online Reputation Management (ORM) activities and share insights.




- Ensure timely follow-ups, project coordination, and adherence to marketing timelines.
- Prepare presentations and management reports for leadership.

Must-Have Skills

- 34 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Good understanding of Online Reputation Management (ORM).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience creating dashboards and marketing performance reports.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and lead management.
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
