1. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design creatives for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Develop brand-aligned concepts and visual storytelling.
- Create and edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and presentations.
- Produce motion graphics and basic animations.
- Work closely with the marketing/content team to execute campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs.
- Support website design updates, banners, images, and visual content.
- Stay updated with the latest design and video trends.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools.
- Creativity with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of website content management and updating web pages will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Solid portfolio showcasing graphic and video work.

1. Digital Marketing / Videographer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Marketing/Videographer to produce high-quality video and digital content for our online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong shooting and editing skills, storytelling ability, and experience creating content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events,



and promotional projects.
- Operate camera equipment, manage lighting setups, and ensure high-quality audio capture.
- Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content tailored for digital marketing.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards.
- Edit videos with graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
- Manage video files, backups, and maintain equipment.
- Support digital marketing activities across social media and other online platforms.
- Manage and regularly update the company website, including uploading content, images, videos, banners, and making basic page/content updates.
- Coordinate with external website developers, if required, for technical changes and improvements.
- Monitor website content and ensure information is accurate, updated, and aligned with the company's branding.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of camera handling, composition, and shot framing.
- Understanding of lighting and audio recording techniques.
- Basic motion graphics and color-grading skills.
- Creative storytelling and visual communication abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of website management/CMS platforms such as WordPress will be an added advantage.
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in videography, video editing, and/or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your work.
- Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Experience managing or updating company websites will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,023.41 - ₹35,774.72 per month
