Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Head to oversee our digital marketing, social media, and brand activities. The person should be creative, responsible, and able to manage a team and a range of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage digital marketing activities.
- Manage Instagram and other social media accounts.
- Increase followers, reach, views, and engagement.
- Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Manage product promotions on Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Plan and run online marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, influencers, and vendors.
- Check and approve social media posts, creatives, and other marketing content.
- Give creative ideas for product packaging, product photos, videos, and promotional materials.
- Manage website content and basic SEO activities.
- Support offline marketing activities such as retail branding, events, radio, newspapers, and sampling.
- Check campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Track marketing expenses and manage the marketing budget.




- Identify campaigns or content that are not performing well and improve them.
- Manage the digital marketing team and external agencies.
- Maintain marketing plans, trackers, and timelines.
- Make sure all marketing activities are completed on time.

Requirements

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Brand Marketing.
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, or Consumer Brands preferred.
- Experience in social media and influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of Q-commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
- Good understanding of digital campaigns, SEO, and website management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Creative thinking and valuable problem-solving ability.
- Should be able to manage work independently and take ownership.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Digital Marketing preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
