About the role

Anirup Technologies is hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to act as the primary bridge between our clients and the account managers, specialists, and contractors handling Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO.

This is a client-facing coordination role. The successful candidate should understand digital marketing well enough to discuss campaign requirements, review work and reports, ask the right questions, and ensure every task is completed accurately and on time. Hands-on platform experience is valuable, but the main responsibility is to keep communication, approvals, reporting, and delivery running smoothly.

Role & responsibilities

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and understand their business goals, priorities, offers, budgets, and expectations.
- Convert client requirements and feedback into clear briefs and actionable tasks for Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO account managers, and external contractors.
- Coordinate campaign launches, optimisations, creatives, landing pages, tracking requirements, reports, and client approvals.
- Maintain task trackers, meeting notes, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-ups so that no client request or internal action is missed.
- Review campaign status, budgets, leads, conversions, and basic performance indicators; flag delays, errors, or unusual changes to the responsible account manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly updates and explain campaign results, completed work, pending items, and next steps in transparent, non-technical language.
- Collect required access, content, creatives, offers, feedback,



and approvals from clients.
- Coordinate SEO keyword, content, on-page, and technical tasks with the relevant team members and track their completion.
- Respond to client queries promptly, manage expectations professionally, and escalate technical or performance issues when required.
- Help improve client satisfaction by maintaining accurate communication and ensuring timely delivery across multiple accounts.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, client servicing, account coordination, campaign coordination, or agency operations.
- Practical working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO is essential.
- Ability to understand common marketing metrics such as leads, conversions, CPL/CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and basic SEO performance.
- Strong spoken and written English, with confident client communication, follow-up, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; familiarity with GA4, reporting tools, CRM, or task-management systems is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or in coordinating with freelancers/contractors is preferred.
