We are a Brand Creation and Growth Studio based in Coimbatore.

We help founders and businesses build meaningful brands — from strategy to identity to content to growth. We need someone who can build, manage, and scale the complete digital marketing and performance marketing system for e-commerce brands.

This is not a content posting role. This is a performance role.

What This Role Actually Is

You will own the complete digital marketing function — Meta Ads end to end, social media strategy, e-commerce funnel management, analytics, and ongoing optimisation. You are not executing someone else's system. You are building one.

Who We Are Looking For

▸ Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience — specifically with e-commerce brands

▸ Minimum 1 year of Meta Ads experience — end to end. Campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, budget management, reporting, and optimisation

▸ Must have built or managed a digital marketing system for an e-commerce brand — not just executed individual campaigns

▸ Strong analytical mindset — you read data, identify patterns, and make decisions from numbers

▸ Experience with the full D2C customer journey — awareness to purchase to retention

▸ Freshers and candidates with less than 2 years of experience will not be considered

What You Will Do

▸ Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns end to end — strategy, creative brief, targeting, budget, A/B testing, optimisation, and reporting

▸ Design and execute the complete digital marketing system for e-commerce brand categories

▸ Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram and other relevant platforms

▸ Monitor and analyse all campaign performance — weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights

▸ Identify funnel gaps and implement solutions — from awareness to conversion





▸ Work directly with the founder and Brand Content Creator to align content with performance goals

▸ Stay current on Meta algorithm changes, new ad formats, and e-commerce marketing trends

What You Must Bring

▸ Proven Meta Ads experience — you must have managed real budgets for real e-commerce brands

▸ E-commerce brand experience — you understand product marketing, catalogue ads, retargeting, and purchase funnel optimisation

▸ System-building mindset — you have built or significantly improved a digital marketing system, not just run campaigns

▸ Analytics fluency — Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or equivalent. You are comfortable with data.

▸ Strong written communication — captions, ad copy, and campaign briefs

Contract

3-month probation → 1-year contract on confirmation

Performance reviewed and communicated monthly

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
