Knowledge Of Making DHF Documentation, Design Dossier, Solid Work CAD, Design Documentation as per ISO13485, Drawing interpretation & Control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models of components, assemblies, and products.

- Develop designs based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and engineering standards.

- Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, specifications, and engineering documentation.

- Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and basic engineering validation.

- Apply GD&T;, fits, tolerances, and material specifications appropriately.

- Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and R&D; teams to ensure design manufacturability.

- Support current product development and engineering change activities.





- Review existing designs and identify opportunities for cost, quality, and performance improvement.

- Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

- Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product release.

- Investigate design-related production issues and implement corrective actions.

- Maintain design documentation, revision controls, and engineering change records.

- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and company procedures.

- Support value engineering, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
