About the Role:
Kissht is looking for a Deputy Zonal Head to drive Personal Loan business across an assigned zone. This role leads a large, multi-layered sales team and is responsible for delivering sustainable business growth while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Drive Personal Loan business and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Lead and manage State Heads, City Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Sales Officers
- Build and maintain a strong network of DSAs, channel partners, and connectors
- Monitor sales performance, login-to-disbursement conversion, and portfolio quality
- Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams for smooth loan processing
- Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews
- Present business MIS and performance updates to senior management
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in Personal Loan/Unsecured Loan Sales
- Proven experience handling large, multi-location sales teams
- Robust DSA and channel partner network
- Ability to join with an existing sales team preferred
- Consistent track record of achieving business targets
- Willingness to travel extensively across the zone
Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
