Job Responsibilities:
Treasury Operations
- Manage day-to-day Investment transactions including Fixed deposit/Mutual Funds, and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flows and Investable funds on daily basis and across projects and business units.
- Invest additional funds on daily basis as per bank/AMC TAT.
- Coordinate with banks for timely Investment of all funds.
- Prepare and monitor Debt MIS on daily basis.
- Ensure Timely Debt servicing/Repayment of ECB/NCD with bank follow up.
- Ensure timely submission of banking documents and compliance requirements.
Treasury Management
- Assist in funding for Payments.
- Monitor loan repayments, interest servicing, and covenant compliance.
- Track utilization of project finance facilities and debt drawdowns.
- Support treasury activities related to investments, FD placements, and liquidity planning.
Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare monthly banking and treasury MIS reports.
- Prepare monthly debt servicing reports
- Facilitate statutory, internal, and lender audits and SOX compliances.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of all banking transactions and agreements.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with accounts, tax, legal, and project teams for smooth financial operations.
Education Qualifications: MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com with relevant experience. Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Banking Operations, Treasury, or Finance.
