Objective of the role:

Chief Engineer/ Deputy Chief Engineer will oversees complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and budget constraints.

From Construction & Hospitality bakground.

Only Mumbai candidates are preferred.Location: Mira- Bhayander.

Key responsibilities:

Lead on-site construction activities, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with blueprints and safety codes.

Oversee upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and water treatment systems.

Surveying current construction sites and assessing existing structures for upgrades.

Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors.

Documenting processes and presenting project progress updates to senior managers.

Review and approve construction submittals, structural plans and design changes.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, perform quality checks, and ensure adherence to standards.





Liaising with local authorities, municipal councils, environmental agencies and statutory authorities and government departments on the requirements and implications of the construction

Collaborate with architects, contractors, stakeholders, and clients to align on project milestones.

Monitor project costs and implement preventive measures to avoid delays and budget overruns.

Skills & Qualification:

5 to 10+ years in facility maintenance, with at least 3 to 5 years in a supervisory or chief role within hospitality & construction.

knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical, HVAC Construction/ hospitality related experiences.

Experience in development and construction of High rise residential projects as well as hospitality projects.

A minimum of 5 + years' experience working as a Chief engineer on similar projects.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
