Key Skills:

- Minimum 8 of experience as SCM - Quality Partner / Excellence Partner / Compliance Lead
- At Least 1 year of Team Handling experience
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Delivery Excellence Initiatives within Enterprise CBO (SCM).




- Ensure adherence to iQMS and quality frameworks.
- Implement and maintain Total Quality Management (TQM) practices.
- Conduct internal and external audits and ensure compliance readiness.
- Identify and drive process improvement and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Mentor teams on quality and process excellence initiatives.
- Apply QMS principles to improve process quality and operational performance.
- Analyse process data, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support Lean Six Sigma and quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote a customer-centric quality culture across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency, quality, and compliance.
- Support the adoption of AI-based solutions for quality and process improvement
