RESPONSIBILITIES

Analytics delivery and solution ownership

- Lead the end-to-end development of analytics use cases, from problem definition to delivery and adoption

- Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements and technical specifications

- Drive solution design, ensuring scalability, reliability and usability

Data preparation and engineering

- Identify, source and integrate relevant data from multiple systems

- Prepare, clean and structure data using tools such as SQL, Python, or Dataiku

- Collaborate with data engineering and modeling teams to ensure robust data pipelines and data quality

Data visualization and dashboarding

- Design and build advanced Tableau dashboards tailored to business needs

- Apply best practices in data visualization, usability and storytelling

- Continuously improve existing dashboards based on user feedback and evolving requirements

Stakeholder engagement

- Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, managing expectations and driving alignment

- Communicate insights clearly through presentations and regular updates

- Support decision making by translating data into actionable insights

YOUR PROFILE

Experience

- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field

- Proven track record of delivering analytics solutions in complex environments





- Experience in financial services or wealth management is a robust advantage

Technical skills

- Advanced expertise in Tableau, including dashboard design, performance optimization, and data storytelling

- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and user-centric design

- Solid working knowledge of SQL for data querying, transformation, and validation

- Working knowledge of Python (or similar) for data preparation and complementary analysis

Business and soft skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability

- Experience working with cross functional teams in an agile or iterative environment

Education

- Bachelor or Master s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
