Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

CTC: 2 to 3 LPA

Location: Office no. 418, Amanora ascent avenue, Near Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar, Pune 411028

Job Responsibilities

- Handle accurate and timely data entry and record maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced Excel.
- Manage data, MIS reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Perform basic accounting and maintain financial records.
- Assist with invoices, bills, and other accounting-related entries.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills
- Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data sorting/filtering, basic MIS reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Tally/ERP.
- Good typing speed and high attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.

Education: Graduate in Commerce/Any relevant discipline. Preferred: Candidates with experience in data entry, MIS, and basic accounting.
