We are hiring Data Entry Executives to join the backend operations team for Bellowells Comprehensive School Health Program. This role is based in-office and involves entering, organizing, and managing student health data collected from government schools across Himachal Pradesh. The selected candidates will play a critical role in ensuring accurate record-keeping and ID generation for each child.

Roles Responsibilities +

- Enter student information and health details from physical forms into the digital system
- Create unique identification profiles for each child based on submitted data
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before final submission
- Coordinate with field teams to resolve data-related discrepancies
- Maintain secure and organized records in both digital and physical formats
- Generate periodic reports as required by the operations team

Qualifications +
- Bachelor s degree or diploma in any field
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets,



and data entry software/tools
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
