Lead the Engineering Behind Scalable Data & Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead to design, develop and deliver scalable data solutions supporting data-driven decision-making across a large enterprise workplace.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining Data Engineering, Big Data, modern data architecture, data integration and advanced analytics enablement .

You will lead data engineering initiatives, build robust data pipelines and help shape modern data platforms capable of processing high-volume and high-velocity data .

What You'll Do

- Lead one or more data engineering initiatives of moderate complexity.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions .
- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of modern Big Data platforms and data ecosystems .
- Establish efficient development, testing and deployment practices.
- Translate business, reporting and analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and support effective data models.
- Support modernization of reporting and analytics platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
- Drive best practices across data engineering, data quality and platform reliability .
- Enable advanced analytics through reliable and scalable data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams and technology partners.




- Work within Agile delivery environments.

What We're Looking For ✔ Strong professional experience in Data Engineering and Big Data environments .

✔ Proven experience designing and implementing data pipelines and data integration frameworks .

✔ Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets .

✔ Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud data platforms and scalable data processing .

✔ Experience supporting Business Intelligence, analytics and reporting platforms .

✔ Strong knowledge of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes .

✔ Understanding of data governance and data quality principles .

✔ Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies .

✔ Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data engineering solutions.

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Leadership Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:
