Role Description The Organisation Psychology & Research Intern is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the design and execution of organizational research projects, including creating survey instruments, conducting interviews or focus groups, and data collection. Day-to-day work will involve analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing summaries and reports,



and contributing to insights that inform client recommendations. The intern will help develop presentations and research-based content for clients, collaborate with consultants on ongoing projects, and support documentation and project coordination. The role offers exposure to applied organizational psychology, evidence-based consulting practices, and client-facing work in a qualified setting.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in organizational/industrial psychology, human behavior, or related social sciences, with ongoing or completed graduate or postgraduate studies preferred.
Research skills including literature review, research design, survey development, and basic statistical analysis (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or similar tools).
Ability to analyze qualitative data, synthesize insights, and translate findings into explicit, practical recommendations.
Proficient written and verbal comm
