As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the AI/ML & DATA PLATFORMS
team, you will design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that support our
business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to

Job responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Develop scalable solutions using ServiceNow best practices and platform
capabilities
Write and maintain code using JavaScript and the Glide library
Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions,
Script Includes, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer,



Integration Hub, and
Workflows
Build custom applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio
Develop Scripted REST APIs, REST integrations, MID Server integrations, and
third-party system interfaces
Implement and customize ITSM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and Service Portal/Employee
Center solutions
Develop Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides, and complex catalog
workflows
Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work
setting to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across
complex deliverables (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation,
documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated
testing, and secure coding standards; contributes learnings and reusable
patterns to improve broader team effectiveness.
