Key Responsibilities
Support sales teams with IT solution design, presentations, demos, and technical proposals.
Design solutions across IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and virtualization.
Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, BOMs, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct client requirement discussions, technical workshops, and PoCs.
Work with vendors, sales, engineering, and project teams for smooth solution delivery.
Prepare solution architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and enterprise IT solutions.
