Customer Support Executive (International Chat Process)

About the Role:

A Pune based company is hiring Customer Support Executives for its International Chat Process. This is a outstanding opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in customer service with a reputed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and concerns through chat for international clients, primarily in a seller support capacity. Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining a high standard of service quality. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues professionally and escalating complex cases where required. Maintain records of interactions and follow up on pending queries to closure. Meet productivity and quality targets set by the process.

Eligibility Criteria:





Graduates and undergraduates are both welcome to apply. Candidates must have at least 1 year of international voice or chat experience, preferably in seller support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Shift and Work Details:

Rotational shifts, 5.5 days a week working.

Both-side cab facility provided for safe and convenient commuting.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary of up to Rs. 32,000 CTC per month, along with attractive incentives and a supportive work environment.
