Customer Support Executive – Regional Language Process

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Regional Language Process in Baner, Pune. Candidates with good communication skills and proficiency in any of the required languages can apply.

₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions in the assigned regional language.
- Communicate professionally with customers and understand their requirements.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow the assigned process and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Coordinate with the relevant team whenever required.
- Meet the required performance and quality standards.
- Provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements




- Proficiency in at least one of the required regional languages is mandatory.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from office.
- Candidates should be comfortable working according to the assigned process requirements.

Required Languages Candidates proficient in any one or more of the following languages can apply:

Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, Punjabi, and Tamil.
