Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls

Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution of issues

Maintain customer records and update details in internal systems





Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests

Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email)

Ability to handle customer conversations professionally

Positive attitude and learning mindset
