Job Title: CRM Executive – After-Sales Operations Company: Rudra Shield Private Limited Location: Palam Vihar Extension, Gurugram Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Working Hours: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM Weekly Off: Monday : We are looking for a responsible and well-organised CRM Executive to coordinate with clients after the sale and support our service operations team. The person will schedule engineers, track service and installation work, handle client concerns and ensure that every assigned job is completed properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding installation and service requirements • Schedule and assign field engineers according to priority and availability • Share job details, locations and client requirements with engineers • Track every job from assignment to completion • Follow up with engineers and clients for timely closure • Handle client complaints professionally and arrange corrective action • Escalate delays, quality issues and unresolved complaints to the senior team • Update CRM records,
job cards and service status accurately • Confirm work quality and client satisfaction after completion • Collect client feedback and ratings • Maintain daily engineer schedules and pending-job reports • Support the senior CRM executive in routine service operations Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate or diploma holder preferred • 0–2 years of experience in CRM, customer support, service coordination or operations • Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may apply • Good spoken Hindi and basic written English • Comfortable using computers, WhatsApp, email, Excel and CRM software • Able to manage multiple clients and engineers simultaneously • Patient, accountable and professional while handling complaints • Experience in CCTV, security systems, electronics or field-service companies is preferred but not mandatory Key: This is an after-sales service coordination role. It is not a sales-target or telecalling position.
