Alorica is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving service-related concerns, assisting with requests, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Assist customers with service requests and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer interactions.
- Handle escalations and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in UK/US shifts.
