Role : Customer Service Specialist

Direct payrolls . 5 days working , 2 days off

Work location - Malad & Goregaon .

Salary up to 7.50 lakhs pa + night shift allowance of 4-7k* per month

Annual bonus up to 50k*.

Graduates/ Undergraduates with excellent communication skills a must .

Bpo / non bpo experience of 1+ year a must , experience letter a must .

Best chance for candidates currently working & willing to serve notice .

Batch starting Mid January & February also.

Customer Service Skills

- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer handling, active listening & empathy
- Ability to handle high-pressure or escalated calls professionally




- Skilled at first-contact resolution & problem solving
- Expertise in de-escalation and building customer trust
- Ability to explain banking processes in simple, clear language
- Understanding of customer service expectations in a global bank
- Commitment to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
- Ability to follow structured SOPs and audit guidelines
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Experience with US/UK customer support (if relevant).
