Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, chat and email.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Resolve complaints professionally and within timelines.
- Maintain customer information and interaction records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up on pending customer queries.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
