Position: Insurance PIVC / Welcome & Renewal Calling Executive Experience:1-2 Years Key Responsibilities:✅ Conduct welcome calls for newly issued insurance policies✅ Assist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups✅ Explain policy benefits, premium, tenure, and terms & conditions✅ Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required✅ Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company guidelines✅ Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity standards What We're Looking For:✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)✔ Experience in insurance telecalling or BPO✔ Robust customer handling and objection resolution skills✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools✔ Ability to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
