Candidates must be adaptable with UK shift timings.

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling inbound customer service calls for international clients and possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries while delivering exceptional customer experience
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Meet quality and productivity targets




- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when required

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service
- Prior experience in International Voice Process is mandatory
- Experience handling UK/US customers preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in UK shifts
