Position Overview

We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and professionally groomed Customer

Service Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, managing leads, providing information about hospital services, and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the first interaction to post-treatment follow-ups.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to build trust and confidence among patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and other patient communications.

 Respond to patient queries regarding treatments, consultations, therapies, packages,

and hospital services.

 Convert inquiries into appointments by effectively explaining treatment benefits and hospital offerings.

 Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front office teams for appointment scheduling and patient management.

 Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing patients.

 Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM and hospital management systems.

 Resolve patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

 Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through excellent communication and service.

 Achieve individual and team performance targets.

 Assist in patient retention and relationship management initiatives.

 Generate daily reports and maintain service-related documentation.

 Graduate in any discipline.

 Fresher’s and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

 Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

 Pleasant, confident, and presentable personality.

 Well-groomed, professional, and soft-spoken.

 Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and patience.

 Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

 Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Experience

 Experience in customer service, telecalling, patient coordination, healthcare,

hospitality, wellness, or sales support roles will be an added advantage.
