To carry out all activities as mentioned in this and to undertake all functions within the showroom under the supervision of Showroom Incharge/ Assistant Showroom Incharge

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Welcome the Customer, Understand their requirements and Display the Products.

2. If the customer is intend to buy, Show the correct size , Color and explain the Advantages and features of the product.

3. Brief on the related products and Focus on Cross Selling.

4. Once Sale is closed, request the Showroom In charge/ Assistant charge to bill and Pack it Accordingly.

5. To hand over the product with the duly signed bill to the customer.

6. To inform the Showroom in charge/ Assistant Showroom In charge, if there is a Discrepancy in the Quantity,Size or any other mismatch in the products or on the bill.

7. Verify the incoming stock for any defects, and inform the Showroom In charge/ Assistant Showroom In charge to store the received items.

8. To inform the Showroom in charge/ Assistant Showroom in charge when there are customer Complaints.

9. Manage showroom in the absence of Showroom Incharge/ Assistant Showroom In charge.
