Job Summary : We are looking for Customer Service Executives to engage with global customer service. The role involves handling international clients, promoting customer satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Role & responsibilities :
- Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats.
- Explain products and services effectively to clients.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Undergrad/Graduate both can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent Communication Skills
