- Conducting regular customer relationship activity at dealership.
- Resolve customer concern through sales Team.
- Ensure that every customer is given proper attention.
- Ensure that every customer is followed up and feedback is recorded.
- Establish a personal rapport with the customer.
- To present his/her visiting card to every delivery customers.
- Organize customer Meet on periodic basis.
- Ensure customer delight at the time of vehicle delivery.
- Update and send daily reports to regional management & SSI managers.
