Role Overview:

The CRM professional is responsible for maintaining solid customer relationships, managing client databases, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring timely follow-up with leads and existing customers. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.
- Follow up with existing clients from Login till handover.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management.
- Ensure timely response to customer complaints and queries.
- Prepare daily reports, customer feedback reports, and MIS reports.




- Maintain proper documentation related to bookings and payments.
- Support post-sales activities and customer relationship management.
- Track collection status.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of real estate processes.

Preferred Experience

- 4-10 years in CRM, customer support, or real estate sales coordination.
