- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.

- Receive, record and resolve customer complaints regarding products, delivery, quality, billing and services.

- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, feedback and resolutions.

- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Production, Quality and Accounts teams to resolve customer issues.

- Enter billing details accurately into the company’s billing/ERP software.

- Inform customers about product availability, delivery schedules and other relevant information.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
