Job Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information about financial products and services.
- Follow up with customers and leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with loan, credit card .
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, application processing and approvals.
- Generate and follow up on leads to achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain proper records and update customer information.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
