We're Hiring: Customer Quality Assurance Engineer (Automotive) 8-10 Years Experience
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer quality and resolving complex automotive electronics challenges? We are looking for a talented Customer Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team and drive customer satisfaction through effective failure analysis, problem-solving, and quality improvements.
In this role, you will work on advanced automotive electronic control systems such as ECU, BCM, IMMO, TPMS, BMS, and collaborate with customers, quality, R&D;, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely resolution of field and line-quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer complaints, warranty issues, and line rejection concerns.
- Perform detailed electronic circuit-level failure analysis and root cause investigation.
- Prepare and present 8D reports, analysis reports, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with customers to drive issue closure and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct vehicle-level testing to validate controller input/output functionality.
- Perform bench-level hardware testing using Oscilloscope, CAN Analyzer, Multimeter, and LCR Meter.
- Analyze hardware-software interactions and support seamless system integration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor quality metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For 5-10 years of experience in Customer Quality, Warranty Analysis, or Quality Assurance within the Automotive Electronics industry
Robust understanding of automotive electronic systems such as ECU, BCM, IMMO, TPMS, BMS
Hands-on experience with CAN Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, and LCR Meter
Expertise in circuit-level fault diagnosis and electronic failure analysis
Experience in customer complaint handling, warranty management, and 8D methodology
Knowledge of vehicle-level validation and bench-level hardware testing
Ability to understand hardware-software interfaces and system interactions
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Exposure to automotive OEMs such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mahindra, PSA, or similar will be an added advantage
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
