The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, conducting effective showroom visits and sales meetings, and converting leads into confirmed projects. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with internal design teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude towards business development and possess the potential to grow into a managerial position within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach
Initiate contact with prospective clients through tele-calling to schedule showroom visits and consultations. Identify and engage with decision-makers within target customer segments.
Draft and send professional email and WhatsApp communications to share company profiles and respond to client inquiries.
Ensure clear and accurate communication between potential clients and the design team regarding meeting schedules and expectations.
1. Showroom Visits & Sales Meetings
Prepare thoroughly for client meetings by researching client profiles and understanding project requirements. Conduct structured and consultative sales meetings to identify client needs, pain points, and expectations.

Gather comprehensive input from clients to assist in the interior design process.
1. Proposal & Quotation Management
Collaborate with the design team to prepare and deliver detailed and accurate sales quotations, including Estimated Construction Values (ECVs) and Value Concepts (VCs).
1. Sales Conversion & Negotiation
Lead commercial negotiations to close sales agreements that are beneficial for both the client and the organization. Ensure adherence to the company’s profitability guidelines while finalizing deals.
Maintain and improve upon key conversion metrics as defined by the management.
1. Client Communication & Coordination
Maintain detailed and qualified written records of all client interactions and discussions via email. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the design team throughout the sales process—from initial inquiry to project sign-off. Professional Development & Career Growth:
