Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction: Acting as the main point of contact, greeting customers, and managing telephone/in-person inquiries.

- Service & Sales Support: Scheduling service appointments, following up on customer inquiries, and managing the delivery process.

- Feedback & Retention: Conducting post-service follow-up (PSF) calls, analyzing customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and implementing strategies for loyalty.

- Data Management: Updating customer records, recording transactions, and managing database information using CRM systems.

- Internal Coordination: Collaborating with sales/service teams to ensure prompt delivery and issue resolution.

- Lead Generation: Identifying opportunities for new business and securing customer referrals.
